This month’s on-air segment on WBHF AM 1450 and 100.3FM focused on my most recent blog-post where I suggested 10 health and fitness apps to try. They range from calorie counters, to meal-planners, personal challenges and workout suggestions. If you need help tracking those calories, carbohydrates, proteins and sugars or just want the equivalent of a Fitbit without having to buy one, there are lots of apps to help you get back into being healthy and fit. And if you are a gamer at heart, there is even a running app for you, called, “Zombies, Run!”
