Fitness first Saturday – Keeping those resolutions

Well, it’s the start of another New Year and we all know the most uttered resolution is to lose weight and get in shape. And we all know it’s easier said than done. So, this month’s radio segment focused on hints and tips to be successful and how to keep weight loss in perspective. Also, we discuss the word “diet” and we look at that word as a noun, not a verb. Diet is what you eat day in and day out, not something you do for a few weeks or months. Finally, we discuss the idea you can “resolve” to get back on the healthy lifestyle path anytime! You do not have to wait for the next New Year’s to start again.
